How did you start your Super Star Achiever journey?
"My journey began in December 2020, the moment I heard Mr. Buggs announce that our Star Achiever program will launch in February. At that moment, I made an immediate decision that there was no need to wait until February, so I logged into my back office and immediately purchased a Zence Pack. Next, I had a quick call with a few members of my group who followed my lead and placed their orders. Then, I followed up that action with a text to Mr. Buggs, stating that I and others had become what I termed: "Star Achievers in Anticipation." And by acting in that anticipation of our February launch, I became an unofficial Super Star Achiever in December and the month of the launch."

What was your business strategy for building your team & becoming a Super Star Achiever?
"The launch of our Zence line has been such a catalyst for rank advancements in our group. Thus, continuing to focus on having ample product at hand just makes sense. We concluded that the easiest way to gain a product customer is through serving them a free sample, and this was our business strategy. Employing the power of the free sample strategy makes our Zence packs even more attractive. Each pack includes products to serve our customers and free boxes that can be used for sampling and our personal consumption."
"It is the task of each Ambassador to define the amount of product for personal and family consumption and determine their desired number of customers. As we sample potential customers, we can track the number of samples given per customer acquired. We are also positioned to supply new Ambassadors with products at wholesale, as outlined by our Diamonds, Sam and Kim Bean. To apply these two strategies, we need to determine the number of boxes required monthly."
"As we build through this planning, Ambassadors quickly realize that being a Star Achiever is the simplest way to prepare for their desired business growth. By applying this strategy and taking the necessary actions to become a Star Achiever, one becomes an active leader. My favorite way to illustrate this is to never ask others to do something that I have not already done. In our group, we strive to be the first movers. As first movers, our subscriptions are processed at the beginning of the month and our orders are placed. Building this strategic culture provides the foundation and the thought process for being in business all month every month. A culture in which Star Achievers and Super Star Achievers are cultivated organically."
How many Star Achievers do you have in your team?
"During the first official program month, our group had 15 Star Achievers and 2 Super Star Achievers."
What advice would you give to those who aspire to become Star Achievers & Super Star Achievers?
"My advice is to be a successful business owner by setting your business up to success. As an entrepreneur of 30 plus years, I know that every business must have products or services, supplies, and customers. The first two components bring growth and sustainability of customers. As we introduce our incredible iGo, Vibe Rides, Zence, Bill Genius, Ellev8, and all the platforms, services, and verticals to come, we incorporate our supplies – Büüm Gear, iDecide, business cards, brochures, and Büüm TV, etc. Each of these components provides support for our business in building a customer base and forming a family of like-minded individuals who are also focused on business-building."
