Not only did Diamond Ambassador, Ms. Ellan Smith become a Super Star Achiever, but she was able to successfully lead her team members and obtain an impressive 73 Star Achievers in February. Continue reading to learn how she did it!
How did you start your Super Star Achiever journey?
"It all started in December 2020, right after returning from Go Diamond Cancun. I met with my team and discussed the Star Achiever program to set things in motion. One of the first things I needed to do was to make my team understand what the Star Achiever program was and how it can benefit them."

What was your business strategy for building your team & becoming a Super Star Achiever?
"The goal was to establish the ground basis for each person's business. I spoke to my team about how they can make an investment in themselves and their business.
Think about it this way: if you were to open up a restaurant, you would go and look for an establishment, decide on a location, make a plan on what type of restaurant you want, select your furnishing and menu, and then you start investing in your business. That foundation is done before you even have customers. Likewise with Star Achiever, you need to have your inventory, some vertical selections for people to choose from, just like a regular menu.
Now, you can build on your inventory and your understanding of what your business has to offer, such as products, services, and knowledge.
We also had the benefit of working with Diamond Ambassador, Mrs. Jackie & Ms. Jahla Pippins, and Emerald Ambassador, Mr. Roniel Sylvester. They put a plan together, where those who became Star Achievers by the end of January were given a special training from Black Diamond, Mr. Johnny Wimbrey. Similarly, those who became Star Achievers by the 20th of February, received a special training from our Global Master Ambassador, Mr. Edwin Haynes."
How many Star Achievers do you have in your team?
"We built upon that foundation in December & January. As a result, we had 5 Star Achievers in December and 17 in January. That number skyrocketed in February and we had 6 Super Star Achievers and 67 Star Achievers."
What advice would you give to those who aspire to become Star Achievers & Super Star Achievers?
"While you are waiting for the inventory to come, share information with your future customers about what you are offering. Once you receive your inventory, go ahead and start opening up your business and fulfilling your orders. Don't worry about whether you have your inventory now, instead, start telling people about it beforehand."
