How did you start your Super Star Achiever journey?
"After the leadership explained the value of being a Star Achiever, we met with our team members to identify who was willing to commit to being a Star Achiever for 12 consecutive months., and we discussed the importance of being a Star Achiever with them."
What was your business strategy for building your team & becoming a Super Star Achiever?
"We simply broke down the plan to three steps:
First: Identify who wanted to commit to being a Star Achiever for 12 consecutive months.
Second: Find out how they can help their team members become Star Achievers and demonstrate the value of duplicating that process.
Third: Discuss the why and explain the benefits of having products at hand, which gives them access to right now income. Also, explain how investing in their own business can be reflected on their taxes."
How many Star Achievers do you have in your team?
"Last month, we had 7 Star Achievers. However, we also have Super Star Achievers in our team such as Ellan Smith, Dray Paul, and Stephanie Polemir. This month, we have 3 Star Achievers and we are expecting to surpass last month's total."
What advice would you give to those who aspire to become Star Achievers & Super Star Achievers?
"Commit yourself to treat your business as a business and not as a hobby. Stay focused and watch out for distractions, they come in many forms. Stay in the game and you will achieve success."
