Ruby Ambassador, Ms. Paula Pavic hits a BIG milestone and becomes a Super Star Achiever! 🌟
To celebrate this great achievement with the whole büümfam, we interviewed the Ruby Ambassador and asked her to tell us more about the Super Star Achiever journey and the business strategies that helped her hit this big milestone:
How did you start your Super Star Achiever journey?
At the beginning, my goal was to become a Star Achiever. This was my main focus and what I was oriented towards. After that, I started building my team and presenting the business opportunity to at least two people per day.
What was your business strategy for building your team & becoming a Super Star Achiever?
I started by sharing the plan for becoming a Star Achiever with my direct team members. I taught them how I did it so they can replicate my actions and become Star Achievers themselves.
Additionally, I focused on defining their “why” and affirming the importance of being a Star Achiever, and how it proves their commitment to the business.
I keep emphasizing to my team how crucial it is to have product in stock and how it can help them move their business. They do not need to wait for the product to arrive in order to start moving, because when the product arrives, it will be too late. The bottom line was to take action instead of waiting.
How many Star Achievers do you have in your team?
At this moment, I have 12 Stars Achievers in my direct team and I expect at least two more before the end of February.
What advice would you give for those who aspire to become Star Achievers & Super Star Achievers?
From my experience, the key to achieving the Star Achiever goal or any business goal is to think and act as an entrepreneur and not as an employee. This is our own business, and we always need to think about it this way. Focus on helping your team meet their goals because every single win counts and it leads to the generation of massive successes.
