"The first thing that I did was hitting the Star Achieve status. Next, I identified other people in my organization who also want to become Star Achievers. One of the ways that helped identify these people is by sending the Star Achiever video that Mr. Holton Buggs did in Go Diamond Cancun to everyone I have personally sponsored and everyone in my organization and on my private facebook page."
