How did you start your Super Star Achiever journey?
"It all started when I attended Go Diamond, Cancun last December. My team and I decided to become Star Achievers the minute Mr. Buggs announced it. And we did! We became Star Achievers that same month, December, as well as January. When it was officially launched in February, I was ready to aim at a higher goal: Becoming a Super Star Achiever."

What was your business strategy for building your team & becoming a Super Star Achiever?
"The first thing I did was to get with my frontline team members and discuss the program with them. My main goal was to understand what is their "why" and what is their biggest motivation. When they started sharing their motivations, passions, and purposes, I listened carefully. Next, I worked with them to find out how to solve their problems and fulfill their dreams through the Star Achiever program. Also, I explained the value of the bonuses they recently rolled out and how it benefits them and their business. "
How many Star Achievers do you have in your team?
"I just hit Super Star Achiever in April and I currently have 5 Star Achievers in my team."
What advice would you give to those who aspire to become Star Achievers & Super Star Achievers?
"Focus on building an organization where you can help your team members build their legacy. This industry is all about mindset and if you believe in yourself, you can also spread this belief to your team. And when you truly believe in your team, they sense this energy from you and it pushes them to achieve their big goals."
