Sandy Harris, new to network marketing, has always been about helping people achieve their goals – and when he was introduced to ibüümerang, he knew this “game-changer” was where he was meant to be. Now he is getting ready for big growth for himself and his team in the new year.

How did you come across ibüümerang?
I’ve been at ibüümerang since Day 1 – I was introduced by a very close friend of mine who I trusted and I haven’t looked back since. I had never been a part of any similar companies before discovering ibüümerang, but once I saw it, I knew it was a game-changer.
What were your strategies when building your team and aiming to become a Super Star Achiever?
To be honest, I had no idea what a Super Star or Star Achiever was, but all I knew was that we needed to get as many people on our team to that level in order to help them reach their dreams.
When focusing on helping other people reach their goals, I found myself becoming a Super Star Achiever.
In what ways did the Super Star Achiever program positively affect your business mindset and how did you go about creating growth for your team?
I went about creating growth for my team through the “duplication process” which helped develop a stronger mindset – in helping members of my team achieve their goals and become Star Achievers, I in turn became a Super Star Achiever.
Then, when Ellev8 was introduced I knew I could again capitalize on that growth for my team and tried to get as many people involved and growing as I could.
As we go into 2022, what are some of the directions you want to see your business go in and what are some of your personal goals for the new year?
My dreams are about helping others achieve their goals – it always has been. When you help others achieve their goals, you will eventually find yourself reaching your own.
I’ve always been about building a sustainable business that has long-term stability and I want to make sure my business continues to grow and expand worldwide.
