I Have A Drivers License from Another State

To be approved as a Driver, you must meet and maintain the appropriate licensure. 

A Rider Damaged My Vehicle

If an incident involving a rider resulted in damage to your vehicle beyond normal wear and tear, please let us know.

Can’t Add A Payment Method?

If the CVV number or billing zip code for your credit or debit card is entered incorrectly, you may receive a message about an error processing your payment prior to or after a trip.
