Desi Lipova was a traditional business owner for close to a decade before a fateful Instagram DM from her mentor kick-started her transformation into the inspirational ibüümerang Diamond Ambassador we know today.

Talk briefly about your career background and how you came across ibüümerang
My background is “traditional business;” I was a traditional business owner for many years.
I was introduced to ibüümerang through my mentor Darrin Gibson in December 2020 and I joined ibüümerang on May 4th.
What were your strategies when building your team and aiming to become a Super Star Achiever?
I started by building a strong foundation with my team, making sure to keep my team informed and excited about becoming star achievers themselves.
I wanted my team to take advantage of the system that was created for them – building their legacy without having to change their daily routine.
In what ways did the Super Star Achiever program positively affect your business mindset and how did you go about creating growth for your team?
I got excited when hearing about this business opportunity and I wanted to help my team earn extra income without having to change their schedules.
A lot of people come into this business with a part-time schedule and I still wanted them to benefit from the system available to them.
As we go into 2022, what are some of the directions you want to see your business go in and what are some of your personal goals for the new year?
There is going to be a lot of growth. I’ve learned so much in the past 6-7 months alone and going into 2022.
I want to show people how this technology-based company can help them live the life of their dreams.
Big goals include having a lot more in-person events and lots of traveling – we are going to change a lot of lives in 2022.
