Having trouble processing a transaction?
If you are having difficulty with your credit/debit card transaction, you can request that ibüümerang's Customer Support Team attempt to process it manually for you.
You can use this form for:
- New Enrollments
- Monthly Subscriptions
We will let you know if your transaction is completed successfully or if the attempt fails.
If we are able to complete your transaction successfully, we will send you a voucher code so that you can complete your purchase normally.
If you have not gotten a response you need to check your spam/junk folder for our reply.
Please add email@example.com to your email safe sender list.
Click the "Request" button to start the process.
You will have to verify your email in order to complete the process.
Then fill in the form completely.
Electronically sign the document.
NOTE: If the cardholder is different than the purchaser, you will need to send an email with a picture of the cardholder's drivers license or passport to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to attempt the transaction.
